Ordering ISP or datacenter IPs
Updated 2 min read
ISP and datacenter IPs are rented per IP for a fixed term. You choose where they are, which plan, how many and for how long. Not sure which line you need? See Which proxy should you buy?.
Before you order
- Confirm your email address. You cannot order before that.
- Add funds, or have a card ready. See Topping up your balance.
Place the order
- In the dashboard, open ISP or Datacenter under Proxies, and press Buy ISP or Buy Datacenter. You can also press Buy now on the home page.
- Which plan? Choose Shared, Dedicated or Premium. A shared IP is used by up to 3 customers. Dedicated and premium IPs are yours alone. Countries in stock can differ by plan, so pick the plan first.
- Where should they be? Choose the country. Where the form offers it, you can narrow it to a state or region and a city.
- Which carrier? (ISP only) Choose the internet provider, or let us pick.
- Number of proxies: how many IPs you want. The price per IP drops as one order gets bigger.
- How long do you need them? Choose the term.
- Check the Order summary and press Continue.
- If asked, confirm your country or enter billing details. See Invoices and the details printed on them.
- Choose how to pay. Account balance is the usual choice.
- Press Complete order.
After you order
You see "Order placed". The IPs are set up straight away, and this usually takes under a minute. When they are ready, each IP is listed under ISP or Datacenter in the dashboard. Open one to see its address, port, username and password.

If a location is out of stock
The order form only offers what is in stock right now, and stock can differ by plan. If the place you need is not offered, try another plan, or write to support@proxypanda.io and ask. Guides to common markets are on the locations page.
Bandwidth on ISP and datacenter IPs
Some plans include a bandwidth allowance per IP, and others are uncapped. The order form shows what your plan includes, and lets you add extra bandwidth where the plan allows it.
