Topping up your balance

You pay as you go. You add money to one balance and pay for your orders from it. Checkout can also let you pay for a single order by card. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. Your balance never expires.

Before you start

Confirm your email address. You cannot add funds until it is confirmed. See Creating your account and confirming your email.

Add funds

1. In the dashboard, press Add funds next to your balance at the top. You can also open the account menu and choose Add funds.
2. Enter the Amount in US dollars, or pick one of the common amounts. If the amount is below the minimum, the form tells you what the minimum is.
3. Choose your card as the Payment method. Crypto and PayPal are coming soon. See Ways to pay.
4. Press Deposit and finish the payment.

When the payment is confirmed, you see "Your funds are ready", and the money is in your balance. Card payments often confirm in seconds.

You can leave the page while you wait. The deposit appears under Billing, then Deposits, and your balance updates when it clears.

If something goes wrong

• "Nothing has been charged": the payment did not go through. You can try again with the same amount or another card.
• A payment you started but did not finish: open Billing, then Deposits, and press Continue payment. This finishes the same payment. It does not charge you twice.
• "Identity verification required": see When we ask you to verify your identity.
• Money left your account but your balance did not change: write to support@proxypanda.io with the deposit reference from Billing, then Deposits. Never send your full card number.

What you can do with the balance

Spend it on any product, whenever you like. What you do not spend stays on your account. If you want money back, see Getting a refund.
