How prices work: pay as you go

Every product is pay as you go. There are no plans to sign up for, no subscription and nothing to cancel. You top up your balance and spend it as you need.

The current price of every product is on our pricing page. We do not repeat prices in these help pages, so you always see the real ones.

What decides the price of an order

• The product. ISP and datacenter are priced per IP, for the term you choose. Residential, which is coming soon and not on sale yet, will be priced per GB of traffic.
• The size of one order. Each product has a ladder: a bigger order gets a lower rate per unit. The step depends on that one order, so several small orders are each priced as small orders.
• The term, for ISP and datacenter. Longer terms cost less per month. The whole term is paid when you order.
• The plan, for ISP and datacenter. Shared, dedicated and premium plans have different prices.

The Order summary in the dashboard shows the total before you pay.

• Your balance never expires.
