Signing in, and resetting a forgotten password

You sign in to the dashboard with the email address and password you chose when you signed up.

Sign in

1. Go to our website and choose Sign in.
2. Enter your email address and password, then press Log in.
3. If two-factor authentication is on, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app and press Verify.

If you see "That email and password do not match", check for a typing mistake, or reset your password below.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email address you signed up with and press Send reset link.
3. Open the link in the email. Choose a new password, enter it twice, and press Update password.
4. Sign in with the new password.

Good to know:

• Each reset link works only once, and asking for a new one replaces the old one. If you see "This link is no longer valid", press Request a new link.
• If no email arrives, check your spam folder and make sure you used the address you signed up with.
• If the link does not open a page where you can choose a new password, write to support@proxypanda.io from the email address on your account.

Change your password while signed in

1. Open the account menu and choose My account.
2. Open the Security tab.
3. Under Password, choose Change password. Enter your current password, then the new one twice.
4. Press Save password.

Your proxy password is a different thing

Your dashboard password signs you in to the dashboard. Each proxy has its own username and password, shown on that proxy's page. Changing one does not change the other. See Keeping your account and proxies safe.

Cannot sign in at all?

Write to support@proxypanda.io from the email address on your account. Never send your password. If you lost your authenticator app, see Turning on two-factor authentication.
