Creating your account and confirming your email

Opening an account takes an email address and a password. You do not need a company name or a phone call with anyone.

Sign up

1. Go to our website and press the sign-up button at the top of the page, next to Sign in. It opens the sign-up form. Nothing is charged at this step.
2. Enter your Email address and a Password, then repeat the password. The form shows the rules your password must meet.
3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
4. Press Sign up.

Confirm your email address

We send you an email with a confirmation link. Open the link to confirm your address, then sign in.

You can look around the dashboard before you confirm, but you cannot add funds or place an order until your email is confirmed. A banner at the top of the dashboard reminds you.

If the email does not arrive

1. Check your spam or junk folder.
2. Make sure you typed the address correctly when you signed up.
3. Each confirmation link works only once, and sending a new one replaces the old one. To get a new one, sign in and press Resend on the banner at the top of the dashboard. You can send another after a short wait.
