An order that is waiting, failed or not ready

Updated 2 min read

Most orders are ready in under a minute. If yours is not, its status tells you what is going on. Open Orders in the dashboard to see every order, newest first.

What each status means

  • Awaiting payment or Reserved, awaiting payment: the order has not been paid yet. Press Complete payment to finish it.
  • Paying: your payment is with the payment provider. The order is set up as soon as they confirm it. You do not need to do anything.
  • Pending: the order is being processed. The login appears on the proxy's page when it is ready.
  • Fulfilled: everything on the order is set up. Open the proxy under Proxies to connect.
  • Failed: the order did not go through. Open it to see whether you were charged.
  • Expired or Cancelled: the order is closed.

A payment you started but did not finish

Open the order and press Complete payment. This finishes the payment you already started. It does not place a second order, and it cannot charge you twice. If you no longer want the order, press Cancel this order instead.

The order failed

Open the order. It says one of these:

  • Not charged: nothing has been charged, and you can order again.
  • You were charged: nothing was set up, and the money is on your account as balance. It is not lost. You can spend it on another order, or ask us to refund it. See Getting a refund.
  • Charge unconfirmed: we are still checking whether you were charged. Please do not order the same thing again until the order page updates. If it does not, write to support@proxypanda.io with the order number.
  1. Reload the order page. It updates on its own.
  2. Check your proxies under Proxies. The new proxy shows Pending while it is being set up.
  3. If it stays like this, write to support@proxypanda.io with the order number. Never send your password.
